Reno Divorce is an American punk rock band based in Denver, CO. The band is fronted by Brent Loveday on vocals and lead guitar and was started in 2001. They have toured Europe and the U.S. several times and were voted Best Punk Band in Denver in 2011 and 2012 by Westword Magazine. The band is heavily influenced by southern California punk rock acts like Social Distortion and Adolescents, but these comparisons are precursory, and further listening reveals a deft focus on storytelling, songwriting, and complex melodies. Their first full-length LP, "Naysayers and Yesmen", received 4 out of 5 K's in Kerrang Magazine, and their sophomore release, "You're Only Making it Worse", garnered good reviews, as well. Their last two full-length records, “Tears Before Breakfast” and “Lover’s Leap”, were made at The Blasting Room Studios in Fort Collins, CO with Jason Livermore and Andrew Berlin. The band has shared the stage with Social Distortion, ALL, Hatebreed, Stiff Little Fingers, TSOL, and many more. They have also done support tours for U.S. Bombs, The Queers.
